July 4 - 4th of July Parade in Historic
Downtown Franklin 10 am until 1 pm. Participants
are being sought to march in the parade - bring
your children, decorate a wagon, a bicycle and
dress up your pet to join the parade. Prize given
for the "Most Patriotic Pet". The parade
will line up behind the Burrell Building on Main
Street at 10 am. Parade begins at 10:30 am. Following
the parade will be music, free watermelon and
children's games. It's a slice of small town America
you don't want to miss as Franklin, NC celebrates
the Fouth of July! Don't miss it. Contact Linda
